Mika Miko, The Groggs, Daddy Crimbo

Imagine a high school dance where Red Cross, Black Flag, X-Ray Spex, The Slits and The Germs are all playing at with an updated flare of excitement and anxiousness.
Mika Miko has made a name for themselves by being truly on their own program. The 5 piece all female punk band will defend the term with all their power because they are just that, an amazing Punk band, both in spirit and attitude. Pounding their way through interesting, fast, pop songs that leave you wondering how they pull the steam all the way through. Imagine a high school dance where Red Cross, Black Flag, X-Ray Spex, The Slits and The Germs are all playing at with an updated flare of excitement and anxiousness. That feeling you are thinking of is the feeling of Mika Miko and the sound you are imagining is only part of the equation that makes Mika Miko a local favorite in L.A. and everywhere else.

About Daddy Crimbo: We're a band from Santa Cruz, CA, which is a lovely place. The band was originally formed by Dylan and Danny, who wanted to play some covers. Ryan Huber was the drummer then. We played one show with him. Igliashon Jones is the drummer now.
At our infamous first show, Danny played naked and then got lost after the set. He woke up in somebody's parked car.
We played some more shows, wrote some more songs, practiced them, and recorded them. You can buy the CD with those songs by clicking the big link below. We wrote more songs, played more shows, recorded again. You can buy the CD that THOSE songs are on by writing to the address at the bottom of this here bio section.
Our interests include hot air balloons, pony rides, and democracy. At night, we all wear matching pajamas (WITH night caps) and sleep in one big bed that has our names written over the place where we sleep. Some of this stuff might not be true.
