Colleen Sillver

Colleen Sillver is a singer/ songwriter/ instrumentalist based out of Santa Cruz, California. Her intricate lyrics and heart felt melodies have a fast paced dance tempo that gets people moving and thinking. She has a trained voice, with a range of 4 octaves.
Colleen produces lyrics, melodies and vocals for Americana, Country, Folk and Bluegrass Genre. They did 70 performances throughout California in 2007.
Coming from an orchestra background, of playing cello, violin and clarinet from grade school through college, she plays mandolin as well as guitar.
Mustang Records and is now distributing her CD throughout the U.S. She is an independent grass roots artist.
As a songwriter, this BMI member writes soul driven, heart felt, fast paced, foot stomping music straight from within. This is a cd you can listen to for the next 20 years and not get tried of it.
Currently performing through out California as Colleen Sillver & the Banker Boys, working with Nashville souls, Colleen is getting ready to tour Back East, & Europe.
Currently writing for Americana, Country, Folk and Bluegrass, she has many new numbers not recorded yet, only playing them live. "This Old Bar" is an incredibly well written fast tempo party song. "Oh Benny", a heart sick ballad, and "I Better Run" has an Americana feel to it. There is another love gone wrong song, "It's Cold Outside" and others.
