Lead singer Kristin Gundred rips into each track on Grand Ole Party’s debut album obviously influenced by Motown girl groups and sexy cabaret dancers. While applying their own funky fresh beats and sultry clashes, the band creates an explosive sound especially with tracks like “Belle Isle” and “Radio!” (dub legend The Scientist contributes a little something special).
